The Charming Stoop ("we," "us") delivers and styles fall porch packages in the Raleigh area. This policy explains what we collect when you book, join our waitlist, or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number, and delivery address.
• Your order details: package, add-ons, delivery week, and total.
• Anything you choose to send us, like a photo of your porch.
• Basic website analytics, including the Meta Pixel, which records page visits and checkout events.

Payments are handled by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To schedule, deliver, and follow up on your order.
• To answer your questions and send order confirmations.
• To let you know when booking opens, if you joined the waitlist.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive delivery updates, we text you about your order: scheduling, your delivery day, and a follow-up after delivery. Up to 6 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting in is optional and is never required to book.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

Who else sees your information

We use a small set of service providers to run the business: Shopify (checkout), our customer messaging and scheduling software, our email provider, and our website host. They only use your information to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@thecharmingstoop.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
